Me VS Baking

hey guyss! i baked! haha..
for the 1st time ever i baked ALONE..all by myself..independent kan xD
of all cookies..i picked the simplest one of course..
BUTTER COOKIES =D..phoned Hannah for dozen of times to ask her about the ingredients required for my MASTERPIECE..lol
got everythg ready..and im off..trying to make everthg work =)
started at 7 pm sharp..
weighed the butter and sugar..when i tried to mix it with the whatever machine..
its not working! damn it right? thats like so darn important to make the batter fluffy..
*sigh* thought of giving up..BUT i remembered my best-loved phrase
"Determination is All it takes "
no choice..i have to mix everythg manually with my bare hand ..and metal spoon that hurts alot..
cant even find a wo0den spoon =S..

take note : assure everythg is in good condition b4 u start
aftera long period of time..im done with the exhausting job..glad-nya that time..
and put other needed stuffs in and mix and mix..
at last! time for the oven to heat up =D..

hmm..condition seems to be getting better .. muahaha..
i think i did at least 20 trays! brainsick!
i guess maybe kinda err sucessful? haha..

cousin's : not bad lar..human food =S

and i use approximately 5 torturing hours to finish up everythg..
until 2am! anyway..
although did not achieve an excellent result in baking THIS TIME..
but a so so ones ..happy enough =))..
will try again soon and attain a real yummylicious cookies
